AirFlow Truck Company is currently seeking Investors and Business Partners to enable us to build brand new AirFlow rigs from "scratch".
Rather than take a square truck and retrofit it to be somewhat aerodynamic as we did with the BulletTruck, we would start with a brand new design from a clean sheet of paper. These next-generation trucks would be the world's only truly aerodynamic Class 8 trucks. No longer would Class 8 trucks have 65 degree-to-the-wind "barn-door" windshields. No longer would Class 8 trucks have big, dumb, square "portrait" radiators as part of the leading-edge of the bodywork. We have already proven with the BulletTruck prototype that a ducted radiator, under extremely aerodynamic bodywork, is the way to go.
Remember, most of the components on the current BulletTruck prototype were outsourced from outside suppliers by the original OEM. The complete engine, all of its accessories, the complete drivetrain, the wheels and tires, seats, etc. were all outsourced. The original OEM only built the basic cab, and then installed all of those vendor supplied components.
We intend to build the next-generation of brand new AirFlow rigs this exact same way. By building only the cab itself, and outsourcing and installing all of the major components, and most all of the minor components.
We know how to do this.
We want to do this.
The world needs and deserves Class 8 rigs that get better than the current national average of 6.5 miles per gallon of diesel fuel.
